Invoices and payments

• Payment methods: Corporate card or invoicing (ACH/wire).
• Invoice delivery: Sent to your billing email on file.
• Taxes/VAT: Applied as required based on your jurisdiction.

Subscription management

• Upgrades/downgrades: Available at any time. Proration depends on plan terms.
• Adding seats/projects: Contact us with the details you need enabled.
• Cancellation: You may cancel via written notice to support; service remains active through the current term unless otherwise agreed.

Receipts, PO numbers, and vendor setup

• We can include PO numbers and required references on invoices.
• We’re happy to complete vendor onboarding/security questionnaires as needed.
